Los créditos que constan en recibos expedidos por el Tesorero general de la República, los Intendentes de Hacienda, los Agentes fiscales o los Intendentes de Ejercito nombrados directamente por el Ejecutivo nacional, podrán ser reconocidos en sala de uno de los miembros de la Comisión, siempre que el Ministerio público haya emitido concepto favorable en el fondo de la reclamación
