El artículo 95 del Decreto 1787 de 1990, quedará así: "Artículo 95 . Cada vez que se fijen tarifas, la autoridad municipal competente en las ciudades a que se refiere el artículo 1° de este Decreto, establecerá el porcentaje del producido bruto mensual que corresponda al rubro de recuperación de capital que deben consignar mensualmente los propietarios de los vehículos en el fondo correspondiente".
