º. Los Consejos Administrativos Municipales se instalarán en la respectiva cabecera municipal el 1º de diciembre del presente año, en el local que al efecto señale el Alcalde, y sesionarán en la forma prevista por el mismo Acto legislativo. El Alcalde podrá prorrogar las sesiones ordinarias del Consejo y convocarlo a extraordinarias durante el tiempo que juzgue conveniente. En estos casos, el Consejo sólo podrá ocuparse en los asuntos que aquél le someta a su consideración.
