Excepción al deber de denuncia. Los comisionados, funcionarios y contratistas de la CEV que tengan conocimiento de hechos delictivos estarán exentos del deber de denuncia y no podrán ser obligados a declarar en procesos judiciales, siempre y cuando el conocimiento de tales hechos haya sido en desarrollo de las funciones de la CEV.
