Créase una Comisión Interinstitucional con el fin de efectuar un diagnóstico dentro de los cuatro (4) meses siguientes a la vigencia del presente decreto sobre la situación presupuestal y salarial del INPEC, con el fin de que formule las recomendaciones necesarias al Gobierno Nacional. La Comisión Interinstitucional estará integrada por: - El Director de Presupuesto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su delegado. - El Jefe de Planeación del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho. - El Secretario General del INPEC. - El Jefe de Planeación del INPEC.
