Artículo cuarto. Los Delegados a que se refiere el Decreto 698 de 9 de abril del presente año y los que se lleguen a designar con posterioridad, tendrán derecho a pasajes y a viáticos por cinco (5) días a razón de quinientos pesos ($ 500.00) moneda corriente, diarios.
