Adiciónase la primera liquidación del Presupuesto de Gastos del bienio de 1897 y 1898 con la cantidad de $25,000, con la siguiente imputación:

Departamento de Guerra, Capitulo 45, Gastos varios, artículo 351.Para pagar las gratificaciones que se concedan de acuerdo con el artículo 214 del Código Militar. $25,000
