º Modificar el artículo 36 del Decreto 643 de 1992, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 36. De los manuales específicos de las entidades con sistemas especiales. Los lineamientos señalados en los capítulos I, III y IV del Título III del presente Decreto serán tenidos en cuenta por las entidades con sistemas especiales de nomenclatura y clasificación de empleos, cuando se trate de elaborar, actualizar o modificar sus manuales específicos. Para su validez se requerirá de la aprobación por parte del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil".
