En los estatutos de cada cooperativa se fijara un aporte mínimo obligatorio para los socios que sean beneficiarios de los programas de la Reforma Agraria. El Consejo de Administración fijará en cada caso el monto, condiciones y plazo para el pago de los aportes de socios que no sean directos beneficiarios de los programas de Reforma Agraria que adelante el INCORA.
