º La Caja de Vivienda Militar tiene como finalidad esencial proveer a los oficiales y suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo, al personal de empleados civiles de carácter permanente del ramo de Guerra y los oficiales y suboficiales en goce de sueldo de retiro que sean socios de la caja, de habitaciones higiénicas, cómodas y económicas en propiedad o en arrendamiento.
