Instrucciones al Jurado. Formuladas y examinadas las peticiones, el juez, en presencia de las partes, informará al Jurado que pude emitir su decisión conforme a una cualquiera de ellas pero que también es libre para adoptar una decisión absolutoria o condenatoria con cualquier circunstancia que modifique la denominación jurídica de los hechos, el grado de participación del procesado o su responsabilidad y les entregará las peticiones y el expediente que se hubiere formado.
