Extinción de derechos. Para todos los efectos se entiende que en ningún caso por las disposiciones de este Código, se reviven o restituyen los derechos de los particulares sobre las minas y canteras, que se extinguieron por aplicación de los artículos 3º, 4º y 5º de la Ley 20 de 1969 y 4º y 5º del Decreto 2655 de 1988.
