º . En aquellos casos en los que el ejercicio de la presidencia del consejo o junta era competencia del Ministro de Educación Nacional o su representante o delegado, quien en tal calidad hubiere asistido a la última sesión del respectivo consejo o junta, realizada antes de la fecha de publicación de la Ley 962 de 2005, deberá realizar un informe de gestión y entrega a quien lo deba reemplazar conforme a lo previsto en este decreto.
