°. Modifíquese el artículo 21 del Decreto 1429 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 21. Período de transición. La Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (ADRES), asumirá la administración de los recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, a partir del 1° de agosto de 2017. Desde la publicación del presente decreto y hasta la fecha señalada, la Entidad deberá realizar las acciones necesarias para asumir las citadas funciones”.
