De los estudios. Se entiende por estudios la serie de contenidos académicos, realizados en instituciones públicas o privadas debidamente reconocidas por el Gobierno Nacional, correspondientes a la educación básica primaria, básica secundaria y superior o post-secundaria. Los títulos o años de educación superior determinados en el presente Decreto, se refieren a las modalidades de que trata el Decreto 80 de 1980 y demás normas complementarias.
