° Abrese el salón anexo al local del Laboratorio Nacional de química de esta ciudad un curso libre de quimia industrial y agrícola, que se hará por medio de conferencias populares, ensayos y experimentos verificados por el Director del Laboratorio y por otros Profesores que patrióticamente se presten á colaborar con tal obra de bien público.
