Evaluación de la solicitud . El Incomex, o quien haga sus veces, tendrá un término de veinte (20) días hábiles, contados a partir del día hábil siguiente a la presentación por parte del solicitante de la certificación de publicación del aviso mencionado en el artículo anterior para formular sus recomendaciones al Comité de Asuntos Aduaneros, Arancelarios y de Comercio Exterior.
