El Tribunal impondrá una multa de veinte a cien pesos ($20.oo a 100.oo) pesos al Juez que correspondiéndole practicar visita en la Oficina de Registro, no la llevaré a cabo, o al que no la practicare en los términos y forma prescritos por los artículos 2621 y 2623 del Código Civil, o al que no remitiere la copia correspondiente, o al que dejare de cumplir cualesquiera de las otras obligaciones establecidas por el Código en los títulos precitados; y se abstendrá de incluir en las ternas que haya de formar para Registradores el nombre del que habiendo ejercido el cargo hubiere dado motivo fundado de queja o hubiere reincidido en irregularidades censuradas.
