Art. 4.° Estando cedido al Estado el derecho de internacion de sal i debiendo cubrirse por él los gastos que se causen para impedir el contrabando i aumentar el rendimiento de ese impuesto, el Administrador-tesorero de la Aduana deducirá en cada mes del producto de él, el monto de los sueldos de los dos Guardas con que se aumente el Resguardo.
