Aplicación temporal de la ley . Los beneficios contemplados en la presente ley se aplicarán a los hechos, operaciones o transacciones que se realicen entre el día de su promulgación y un mes después de la fecha en que se lleve a cabo la final del "CONMEBOL Copa América Argentina-Colombia 2021.
