Los Arrendamientos De Islas Y Playones O De Lotes De Islas Y Playones Que No Estuvieren Ocupados Con Ganados Ni Con Cultivos Agrícolas, Se Celebraran Mediante Licitaron Publica Llevada A Cabo Ante La Gobernación Del Respectivo Departamento, De Conformidad Con Las Disposiciones Pertinentes Del Código Fiscal Y De Acuerdo Con El Artículo 6º De La Ley 85 De 1920 Parágrafo

º. Los arrendamientos de islas y playones o de lotes de islas y playones que no estuvieren ocupados con ganados ni con cultivos agrícolas, se celebraran mediante licitaron publica llevada a cabo ante la Gobernación del respectivo Departamento, de conformidad con las disposiciones pertinentes del Código Fiscal y de acuerdo con el artículo 6º de la Ley 85 de 1920

Parágrafo

La Gobernación adjudicará provisionalmente al menor postor el terreno objeto de la licitación, y remitirá el expediente que se haya formado al Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio para la concesión definitiva del arrendamiento.
