Parágrafo transitorio

al artículo 2º del Decreto 422 de 2006, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo Transitorio

Durante la vigencia de la prohibición a que hace referencia el artículo 32 de la Ley 996 de 2005, y siempre y cuando no hayan sido designados los miembros del Consejo Asesor a que se refiere el presente Decreto, el Superintendente Financiero quedará relevado de la obligación de escuchar a dicho Consejo como condición para la adopción de las decisiones a que se refieren los literales a), b) y c) del presente artículo .
