Formulario Oficial del Registro Unico Tributario, RUT. La inscripción, actualización y cancelación en el Registro Unico Tributario, RUT se realizará en el formulario oficial que para el efecto establezca la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, a través de medios electrónicos, magnéticos o documentales.

Parágrafo

La información suministrada a la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales a través del formulario oficial de inscripción, actualización y cancelación del Registro Unico Tributario deberá ser exacta y veraz.
