El Certificado de reembolso Tributario, CERT, se liquidará en moneda colombiana, aplicando la tasa de cambio mensual que fije el Ministerio de hacienda para la liquidación de los gravámenes ad-valorem y que esté vigente a la fecha de la presentación de los documentos respectivos en el Banco de la República.
