En caso de que ocurran pérdidas, la Empresa podrá cubrirlas con dineros tomados de la reserva legal mientras, estatutaria u ocasionalmente por la Junta Directiva, no se convenga en el establecimiento de reservas con tal finalidad específica. En caso de que la reserva legal resultara insuficiente para cubrir el déficit de capital, las pérdidas afectara a los socios en proporción a sus respectivos aportes, y se aplicarán a cubrirlas con los beneficios de los ejercicios siguientes.
