El presente decreto tiene por objeto adoptar el Plan Nacional de Vacunación contra el COVID-19 y establecer la población objeto, los criterios de priorización, las fases y la ruta para la aplicación de la vacuna, las responsabilidades de cada actor tanto del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud como de los administradores de los regímenes especiales y de excepción, así como el procedimiento para el pago de los costos de su ejecución.
