amends decreto 612/77

El artículo 62 del Decreto-ley 612 de 1977 quedará así:

"Artículo 62. Antigüedad. La antigüedad de los Oficiales y Suboficiales se contará en cada grado a partir de la fecha que señale la disposición que confiere el último ascenso. Cuando la misma disposición ascienda a varios Oficiales y Suboficiales a igual grado, con la misma fecha y dentro de la misma lista de clasificación, la antigüedad se establecerá por el ascenso anterior y así sucesivamente, hasta llegar al orden de colocación en la disposición que confirió el primer grado de la jerarquía correspondiente".
