Artículo único Concédese del Tesoro Nacional un auxilio de veinte mil pesos ($20.000) y mil pesos ($1.000) respectivamente, a las víctimas de los incendios de la ciudad de Panamá y Municipio de Fresno. Estas sumas se consideraran incluidas en el Presupuesto Nacional de gastos de la vigencia en curso, y serán remitidas por el Gobierno á los Consejos Municipales de las entidades agraciadas, para que estos las distribuyan equitativamente.
