Destinase la suma de dos millones de pesos ($ 2.000.000.00), para el fomento del cultivo de la guayaba y de su industrialización.

Esta suma será apropiada en los presupuestos de la Nación a partir del año de mil novecientos sesenta y dos (1962) en adelante. En el caso de que así no se hiciere, el gobie4rno quedara facultado para abrir los créditos que sean necesarios o hacer los traslados dentro del Ministerio de Agricultura.
