En el ángulo superior derecho del anverso del sobre o cubierta, el número de orden correspondiente, si se trata de un ofició o comunicación.

Al respaldo, o en lugar adecuado, la firma autógrafa del remitente o persona autorizada por escrito y cuya firma se haya registrado previamente en la respectiva Oficina de Correos (no se admitirán facsímiles), con indicación del cargo, y el sello de la oficina o entidad.
