La Junta Electoral procedera á hacer el escrutinio, á declarar y a comunicar la elección en los términos del artículo 30 de la Ley 42 de 1905 y con sujeción á las disposiciones del artículo 33 de la misma Ley.
El escrutinio se hará por separado para cada Departamento.
