Las reuniones públicas de las Bolsas se denominarán "Ruedas" y serán presididas por el Gerente o por quien haga sus veces, quien tendrá la facultad para resolver las dificultades que en ellas se presenten. Las decisiones que sobre el particular tome serán apelables ante el Consejo Directivo.
