Decreto 2376 de 1949 · Por el cual se asignan unos cupos de exportación de banano y se dictan otras disposiciones

Artículo quinto. Las licencias de exportación que se expidan de conformidad con este Decreto requieren para su validez el visto bueno del Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias, el que podrá, en cualquier momento, comprobar la manera como los exportadores dieren cumplimiento a las obligaciones que esta providencia les impone.

Parágrafo

En caso de que se comprobare algún incumplimiento el Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias impondrá una multa hasta de $ 5.000 moneda corriente al infractor y le cancélala la parte del cupo que se le hubiese asignado y del cual no hubiere hecho uso el cual se distribuirá entre, aquellos exportadores que sí hubieren cumplido estrictamente con sus obligaciones. Comuníquese y publíquese.
