Articulo 4 º Para la constitución o el fortalecimiento de las empresas, corporaciones o sociedades cuyo objeto social sea el desarrollo de las industrias turística, naviera, agropecuaria, pesquera, forestal y otras en las Intendencias y Comisarías, la Nación, a través del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías, DAINCO, y las Intendencias y Comisarías, incluida la Intendencia Especial de San Andrés y Providencia, podrán asociarse mediante aportes de capital, en dinero o en especie.
