Decreto 1793 de 1961 · Por el cual se adiciona el Plan de Inversiones del primer semestre de 1961 para el Departamento del Chocó

Artículo primero. Adiciónase el Decreto número 1576 de junio 13 de 1961, apropiando, con cargo a los seis millones anuales que el Ministerio de Fomento destina al Plan Decenal para el Departamento del Chocó, las siguientes partidas

Para construcción del edificio donde funcionará el Colegio "Luis Lozano Escipión", de Condoto $ 250.000

Para gastos de sostenimiento y funcionamiento del mismo Colegio 70.000

Parágrafo

El Gobierno Departamental del Choco rendirá informe semestral sobre la ejecución de obras que se adelanten en el Plan de Fomento Regional, al Departamento Administrativo de Planeación y Servicios Técnicos.
