Corresponde a la División Administrativa, bajo la inmediata dirección del Secretario General, atender la administración de personal y la prestación de los servicios comunes a todas las dependencias del Ministerio,tales como compras, suministros, almacenamiento, inventario,biblioteca, publicaciones, archivo, corrspondencia, transportes, aseo y demás servicios necesarios para su normal funcionamiento.
