Artículo segundo. Al vencimiento del primer semestre de vigencia del convenio con la Trizonia Alemana se hará una redistribución de los porcentajes fijados en el artículo anterior, con el fin de adjudicar los cupos de aquellas empresas que no los hubieren podido utilizar, o sólo lo hubieren hecho en mínima cantidad, a favor de aquellas otras que sí hayan efectuado exportaciones en cantidades apreciables y que mejores seguridades den sobre la efectividad de la exportación de la cuota total acordada.
