ARTICULO 12 . FUNCIONES DE LA OFICINA JURIDICA.- La Oficina Jurídica ejercerá las funciones señaladas en la Constitución y la Ley para esta dependencia y, en especial, las previstas en el Decreto-Ley 1050 de 1968 y en las normas que lo adicionen, modifiquen o complementen.
