Articulo 33. Los derechos a que se refieren los dos artículos anteriores formaran parte del fondo especial del servicio de giros, deberán pagarse por el remitente en efectivo y se anotaran por el empleado correspondiente en el esqueleto del giro y, además, para los fines de contabilidad, en las columnas correspondientes de los registros de giros emitidos.
