Art. 2.° El Poder Ejecutivo dispondrá lo conveniente a fin de que los terrenos baldíos de que se habla en la presente lei, sean entregados a las respectivas Corporaciones municipales.

Los terrenos baldíos a que se refieren los parágrafos 7.° i 8.° del artículo 1.° de la presente lei, serán adjudicados a los respectivos pobladores, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la lei 14 de 21 de abril de 1870, adicional al decreto lejislativo de 4 de mayo de 1866.
