Realizado el registro de los vehículos, se expedirá para cada automotor la libreta del vehículo en los términos del artículo 65 de la Decisión 56, y del modelo que figura en el Anexo II de la misma Decisión en donde constará su vigencia, acogidos por el Decreto 1910 de 1973.
