Incurre en separación temporal de uno a .seis meses el Oficial o Suboficial que comete cualquiera de los hechos siguientes:

1° Abandonar el servicio de que trata el Capítulo "Abandono del servicio", de este Código, durante un tiempo mayor de dos días y menor de diez;

2° Proponer a otro u otros militares o particulares el desobedecimiento de órdenes del servicio, cuando la propuesta no es aceptada;

3° Concurrir los Oficiales con tropa a sitios de prostituci6n;

4° Valerse de artificios para no cumplir o demorar lo obtenido a crédito, o recibir préstamos de la tropa, y

5° Usar indebidamente uniformes, condecoraciones o insignias militares que no les corresponden, con perjuicio de la jerarquía militar, la disciplina o los particulares.
