Son aplicables a los Almacenes Generales de Depósito las leyes bancarias, en cuanto no pugnen con su naturaleza especial, y particularmente serán aplicables las siguientes: Los artículos 23, 25, 30, 31, 43, 44, 85 (inciso final), 86 (ordinal 7º), 87, 89, 90, 92 a 95, 99, 100 y 104, de la Ley 45 de 1923 y los artículos 9º y 10 de la Ley 10 de 1936, en lo pertinente.
