Si algunos de los propietarios de terrenos atravesados por esta vía reclamare indemnización de perjuicios, corresponde al Director de la gran carretera central la formación del expediente respectivo, con los comprobantes del caso, que remitirá al Ministerio de Obras Públicas para la re solución de la reclamación.
