ARTICULO 16 . REUBICACION DE USUARIOS DE LAS FRECUENCIAS RESERVADAS PARA LA PRESTACION DEL SERVICIO DE TELEFONIA MOVIL CELULAR. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones reubicará a aquellos usuarios autorizados que se encuentren en los subrangos de frecuencia reservados a la telefonía móvil celular, en el término de 6 meses contados a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto.
