En cualquier caso en que se presentare, de hecho, la suspensión de los servicios en algunas de las empresas a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el Gobierno queda autorizado para asumir su dirección y tomar todas las providencias necesarias para restablecer los servicios suspendidos y garantizar su mantenimiento.
