Adecuación de la Estructura Interna y adopción de la nueva Planta de Personal. De conformidad con las fusiones y supresiones de las dependencias ordenadas por el presente Decreto, y dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a su publicación, la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, "Incora", procederá a determinar las modificaciones necesarias a la Estructura Interna y a adoptar la nueva Planta de Personal, sometiéndolas a la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional.
