Art. 20. L i s secciones llevarán un rejistro, por oficinas, dividiendo cada plana en dos partes, en que se anotarán, en la primera, por sus fochas, número, ramos i contenido, las comunicaciones en que se pidan informes, documentos o datos que se necesiten para resolver sobre cualquier punto; i en la segunda, la fecha i número del informe que se reciba. Cuando trascurra el tiempo suficiente sin obtener la contestación, se exijirá ésta inmediatamente, i de ello se hará la anotacion necesaria en el rejistro, el cual se consultará la víspera de cada correo para recordar a las oficinas dichas comunicaciones, a fin de que les den cumplimiento.
