Las partes interesadas pueden exigir que se despache un correo extraordinario a su costa para la conducción de los pliegos.

Esto mismo se observa en el caso de que no haya correo, pero el Juez debe tomar las precauciones necesarias para evitar la adulteración o el extravío de los autos.
