Artículo único. A partir del 1° de agosto próximo derógase el Decreto número 271 de 1938, y por consiguiente quedan suprimidas desde esa fecha, las Inspecciones de Sanidad que habían venido actuando bajo la dirección del Ministerio de Guerra.
